Cute girl and outfit. I like her gleeful expression (or at least that's the best adjective I could think up), and the bat-wings on her pack. Nice!

(oh, and the frame-crossing details. It makes her zoom out of the scene even more.)

I agree. I think we should petition Bill Gates to rectify this problem. Get him to start giving Jet Packs to underprivaleged children, the unemployed and struggling jewellers....
