Neffi and a Mounder. =3
Thought I'd share a few chapter break illustrations with everyone. The idea I had for these was that I'd do some finished sketches and then throw some light tones over them. I felt that it might be a nice contrast to the inks in the rest of the book. = )

Just read this comic series cover to cover, really loved it, Neffi is a great female hero and I loved the idea that she and Lahr came up with the idea of making weapons out of their crafting to defeat the on coming army. Its was also really nice to see female gelfing flying because I always felt that Kira could fly its just she hadn't really been taught how as her mother died when she was very young and its just not something the podlings would have been able to teach her.
